The shipping was fast and everything was in good condition. I am 65+ and I assembled the walker myself. It took about 30 minutes only because I had to stop and rest a couple of times. I read the reviews about the upright walker, saying that it is so much more comfortable but until I used it myself wasn't I convinced. The pressure on my arms and shoulders is gone with this upright walker. I can walk further without sitting and resting. I recommend this upright walker wholeheartedly. It is so worth the extra money that it costs.

Bought this for a friend who really messed up her knee in a bicycle accident and undergoing long term rehab and a future knee replacement. Her manual walker was hard on her wrists and exhausting to get around with outside the house. She absolutely loves this rollator! The freedom it has given her. She is able to walk her dog through the neighborhood. The wide tires makes traveling the outdoors much easier. She can get out in her yard. She's made a quite few referrals to other with family members who need the mobility aid.

One of the best purchases I’ve ever gotten. Solid, sturdy, easy to use, fits through all the doors in the house, glides like a dream and easy to maneuver. With all the weight on my forearms, all the pain that I suffered in my shins has gone away. I recently had carpal tunnel surgery in my hands so the standard walker and canes were not an option. I am 6‘4“ tall so every other walker had me bending over. This unit is perfectly sized.

We have a small acreage and this walker allows my husband to head to the work shop to tinker without me looking over his shoulder ;-) We also like to walk at our local park and he doesn't tire as easily with the upright walker. The best part is his posture isn't compromised so his shoulders and hips don't hurt. He can walk farther back from the walker, still keep his balance and take long heel-toe steps so his knees don't hurt either.
