Because we fulfill the order within 24 hours, the customer must contact us the same day there order is placed in order to cancel the order. Once it is shipped and in the carriers possessions we cannot cancel the order. If the customer no longer needs the item upon delivery, they may ship it back for a full refund. We don't have the capability to contact carrier and stop shipment once it is on the way to the destination. We are not responsible for postage back to our supplier.
Items that were purchased while out of stock have the option to be cancelled up until the item comes back in stock and is shipped.
