Typically between 5-7 days, but some shipments may take longer.

You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as it gets shipped. If you haven't received a tracking number, then the package has not shipped quite yet. Give it a few days, and feel free to reach out to us about the status of your order

We take all major credit/debit cards as well as PayPal

If you don't select "priority processing" you have 24 hours after it is placed to cancel the order. If you select "priority processing" we immediately push the order to our suppliers and those orders generally cannot be cancelled.
We only provide free returns for products that are delivered damaged. We don't provide free returns for products that were accidentally ordered or if buyer found better pricing elsewhere. Buyer must email us to get a return approved before shipping item back.
We do not offer extended warranties at this time. Most products can be covered by 3rd party warranty services such as SquareTrade.
